As you may have noticed, our beloved Gilachess blog has recently undergone a significant change. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were forced to relocate our blog from its original home at gilachess.org to a new domain, catur.org/gila.

We understand that this transition may cause some inconvenience, but we assure you that we are committed to providing you with the same high-quality chess content that you have come to expect from Gilachess.

Why the Change?

In recent months, our blog was unfortunately targeted by a malware attack. While I was able to take swift action to mitigate the damage, it became clear that our original website was no longer secure.

So to protect readers and preserving content, the difficult decision was made to migrate the blog to a new (well actually an old) domain. This new location offers enhanced security measures and ensures that our blog remains accessible to Gilachess faithful followers.

What to Expect

Despite the change in domain, you will still find the same ramblings, chess news and blurry amateurish pictures from a old chess blogger.
